The site is located along Nicoll Highway and Beach Road, Singapore. Located at the end of the line up of imposing buildings along the road such as The Concourse, Golden Mile Tower, and Golden Mile Complex, this development had to be as imposing and characteristic.

Textured corridors achieved by shearing the apartment units mimick an organic, natural cliff face. Corridors overlook the water park below.

Different widths of corridors allow for various opportunities for visual connection between the public and private realm.
